Called and made appointment. I called 30 mins. past appointment time because person was a no call/no show. Oasis person said he had another job to finish and couldn’t make it out that day even though appointment was made for that day and time. They said they would call back to reschedule but never did. Stay away from this company! Save your time and energy! Oasis is a complete joke.

Spoke to a gentleman yesterday who said he was driving and would call me back, and that he could visit my home today. No phone call. Called the number again, a gentleman told me someone was in the area and would call me to come visit today. No phone call again, hours later. Called Oasis again, no answer.

I have used Oasis once in the past, back in 2005, I was pleased with my experience then.....now I started my own nursery business in Central FL, and I used Oasis again...It was the most affordable company I could find (that had good reviews)....the other companies wanted to charge twice as much for a shallow well. I highly recommend Oasis...especially if you need a shallow well.

After repeated calls, I never received a call back from a tech or an appointment to take a look at my sprinkler system at home. The person I talked to had said they were behind 2-5 days, but it has been more than a week since I contacted and I did not receive anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who actually wants to fix their sprinklers.
